Our Story
Biagini Homes was launched in January 2021 with a heart for building houses that truly feel like home. After years of working with other builders across Cherokee, Cobb, Paulding, and the City of Atlanta, Chandler and Kaila decided to put down roots in their hometown. Today, they focus on crafting homes for their own neighbors and community — homes built with care, quality, and thoughtfulness in every detail.
Building has always been more than just a profession for the Biaginis. Both Chandler and Kaila were raised by mothers who worked in interior design, which gave them an eye for beauty, creativity, and balance from the very beginning. That heritage now influences every home they build, where function meets style and construction is paired with artistry.
